  Add a Record to the member database
A note from the Webmaster:
     For the sake of page uniformity and downloading speed, PLEASE, resize your images to 320 x 240 (~ < 50K bytes in size). Please try to save your images as .JPG's, 30% compressed, any color depth is fine. This will keep the page looking uniform.  Any image that 'blows out' the page or swamps the page downloading, will be deleted from your entry. You're text will remain, but the image simply won't show up.   Thank you!
